If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of the delivery date. Whether the shoes don't fit quite right or you simply changed your mind, we've got you covered. If the product is not what you have ordered or the size is not same what you have ordered. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, making sure to include all accessories and documentation that came with the shoes. Make sure that the package is unused and all the components are complete. Ship the package back to us using a trustworthy shipping courier. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your return within 5 business days. If you prefer, we can also offer you store credit or an exchange for a different size or style.
